Bhatia Indian Garments has sold ethnic wear across the counter for 10 years. Laavan Phere is the same workshop, the same karigars and the same cloth, sold direct. Every kurta on this site is cut, embroidered and finished by our own team — nothing is bought in and relabelled.
The daaman embroidery is exactly what the photographs show — that was my worry ordering online. Ordered on Monday, wore it to the sangeet on Friday.
Took COD because I had not heard of the brand. Parcel came in four days, paid at the door, and the kurta is better stitched than what I have bought in a shop for twice this.
Ordered M and it was snug across the chest, so I exchanged for L. The pickup was arranged the next day and the replacement reached me before the function. Four stars only because I had to do it twice.
